Growth Marketing Manager (SaaS) – Global Expansion
🎯 What you'll own?
Growth & Acquisition
Demand Generation – Drive qualified leads via performance channels, SEO, content, and smart outbound nurturing.
Paid Campaigns – Coordinate strategy and execution of PPC/Meta Ads with freelancers (you won’t run the ads, but you’ll brief and own results).
Funnel Optimization – Analyze and improve conversion across key touchpoints (traffic → sign-up → demo → deal).
Market Research – Track competitors, trends, and find growth opportunities proactively.
Brand & Communication
Content Creation – Create high-quality marketing assets yourself: ad copy, landing pages, emails, case studies, one-pagers, product messaging.
Email Marketing – Build nurture flows, segment campaigns, and optimize for engagement and conversions.
Social Media – Write and publish consistent, engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels (mainly B2B tone).
Customer Advocacy – Actively source and write testimonials, G2/Capterra reviews, and customer stories.
Customer Education – Produce onboarding and product adoption content (FAQs, guides, video scripts, etc.).
Sales Enablement
Sales Collaboration – Work closely with sales to align ICP, refine messaging, and support conversion with great collateral.
Webinars & Events – Plan and run webinars or occasional offline events (e.g. conferences), with a focus on content and storytelling.
✅ What we're looking for?
3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS or startup marketing (bonus: worked in global expansion phase).
Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns with limited budget, ideally with a focus on lead generation.
Excellent copywriting skills—you can write like a human and convert like a pro.
Strong understanding of growth tools and tactics, including: Google Ads, Meta Ads (or ability to coordinate them), Google Analytics, Hotjar, SimilarWebCRM/email automation tools (e.g. Ecomail, Mailchimp..). Landing page / website editing (basic Webflow/Figma etc. is a plus).
Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Fluent English, ideally without a heavy accent (you may represent us in global webinars or events).
Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing, agency-side or SaaS-side.

💸 What you'll get?
Competitive compensation: Salary based on your experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
Range: 60,000–100,000 CZK.
