Your Role &Â Responsibilities
đ ď¸ Develop Robust Systems: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
đ¤ Ensure Seamless Integration: Integrate user-facing elements developed by our front-end team in React with server-side logic via REST API.
đŻ Solve Performance Challenges: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise effective solutions to these problems.
đ Uphold Code Quality: Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation; propose and implement improvements, and conduct code reviews.

đť Technical Expertise
Weâre looking for a developer who is proficient and passionate about building scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, along with common libraries such as RSpec and Sidekiq.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, the syntax of Ruby, and its nuances.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, Service patterns and RESTful principles.
Experience with integrating third-party APIs.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AI for coding tools like Cursor/Claude Code/Codex.
Bonus Points (Tech Stack & Nice-to-Haves):
Experience with RabbitMQ, AWS Lambda, and Elastic.
Experience with frontend developmentâour stack contains React.js, react-query, and ant.design.
